Detox Drink

Add 1.5 spoons of  lemon juice to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of lemon juice  Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

Oats with milk and nuts:

Boil the milk(150ml). Add oats to the milk and cook them until soft. Take the boiled oats in a bowl. Add raisins, almonds and banana to the oats. Mix it well.

LUNCH

Spinach fry:

Heat a pan and add oil to heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and saute them well. Add chopped onions and cook it until they turn little brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala to the pan and saute it for a minute. Now, add chopped spinach leaves and cook it for 15 minutes and add salt to taste. Serve it.

SNACKS

Vegetable soup:

Saute the onions, carrots, and celery in olive oil and tomato paste. The tomato paste adds lots of flavour to the soup. Add garlic, ground fennel seeds (or use other spices), pepper, and salt. Add diced tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, and bay leaves. Simmer until the veggies are tender (about 20 minutes). Add frozen peas and cook for five more minutes. Season to taste with more salt, pepper, and like lemon juice.

DINNER

Gobi ke paratha:

 Make a chapati dough and keep it aside. Take a pan to heat oil over moderate flame. Add the cumin seeds and fry them for few seconds. Once done, add onions, ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and grated cauliflowers. Stir well and cook the ingredients for a minute or two. Then combine the dough and cauliflower mixture together. Knead well until combined. Take portions of the dough and make small balls out of them. Roll them into small/medium parathas.
