Detox Drink

Add 1.5 spoons of  lemon juice to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of lemon juice  Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

Sprouts salad:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion (1), tomato (1), add sprouts of your choice (50 grams), add salt, chaat masala, turmeric, jeera powder or any Indian spice. Mix well on slow flame for 2 minutes. Enjoy and add 1 tsp lemon juice before eating.

LUNCH

Pumpkin biriyani:

Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds. Add onions, garlic, ginger, Bay leaves, Cardamon and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown. Add diced pumpkin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the pumpkin with spices. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water and bring it to a boil. Add soaked rice and stir gently. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice and pumpkin are cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.

 

SNACKS

Boiled sweet potato:

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut them in equal size. Now, take vessel and add water and sweet potatoes. Boil them for 15 minutes until it gets soft. Remove the sweet potatoes and serve them. Add salt to taste.

DINNER

Paneer curry:

Take a pan and melt ghee/oil in it. Once the ghee/oil is heated, add ginger garlic paste, oinon paste (or finely chopped onions) and saute these ingredients for 2 minutes. Then add tomato puree to it. Stir well and then add cashew nut paste along with red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add paneer pieces to it. Stir gently and coat the gravy well over the paneer pieces. Add fresh cream (keep 1 tbsp aside) in the gravy along with ½ tsp chaat masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve it.
