Detox Drink
Add 1.5 spoons of lemon juice to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of lemon juice Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.
BREAKFAST
Chickpea salad:
Cut a cucumber, onion and toss with fresh lemon juice per the recipe below. Add overnight soaked and boiled chickpeas. Mix the ingredients well. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
LUNCH
Quinoa egg fried rice:
Heat a pan add some oil to heat. Once heated add chopped carrots, and sauté it for two minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, beans, capsicum and cook it for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it well. Now add whisked eggs to pan and mix it well. Cook it for 8 minutes. Then add one teaspoon of soy sauce and sauté it for a minute. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix it well and then serve it
SNACKS
Fruit salad:
Mix the cut apples, pomegranate seeds, guava and oranges. And add lemon juice and chat masala or black salt to taste. Mix it well and serve it.
DINNER
Poha with veggies:
Take poha on a strainer and clean it with some water or else soak it for 5 minutes, drain the water and keep it aside. Heat a pan and add in some oil. Add the peanuts and urad dal. Add cumin seeds along with ginger and garlic chopped, stir for a minute. Then add in onions and sauté them. Add in grated carrot, green peas and season them with salt, pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida. Once the veggies are cooked, add in the poha and mix it well.
