Detox Drink

Add 1.5 spoons of  lemon juice to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of lemon juice  Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

Rajma salad:

  • Wash and soak Rajma overnight. Boil them in a pressure cooker until 5-6 whistles. Add chopped onions, tomato and grated carrots to the boiled rajma.
  • Add cumin powder and black pepper powder and salt according to the taste.
  • Serve it in a Bowl.

LUNCH

Mushroom fried rice:

  • Place a large pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough add ginger carrots along with chopped onions in it, cook for 2-3 minutes till the onions turn translucent. Add finely chopped capsicum and ginger garlic paste cook for 2 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until appear cooked.
  • Add soy sauce, black pepper powder, chili powder, and salt to it and stir well. Add rice into the pan and mix well with the mixture prepared in the pan. Stir fry them over medium flame for minimum 5 minutes.

 

SNACKS

Roasted Makhana:

Dry roast the Makhana until they get little brown and salt and chili powder to taste.

DINNER

Beetroot paratha:

Heat a pan and add oil to heat, add in the grated/chopped beetroot. Cook it for 7-9 mins and let it cool then. In a blender, add beetroot along with salt, pepper, ginger, green chili, garlic, and garam masala. Blend it well. In a bowl, add flour and then beetroot puree. Using water and oil, knead the dough. Once done, leave it for at least 30 mins. Make medium balls of the dough and roll them with a rolling pan. Heat a tawa and roast the parathas, cooking them on both sides with oil. Serve it with curd or with any vegetable curry.
