Detox Drink

Add 1.5 spoons of Jeera to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of Jeera & Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

Spinach Omelet:

  • Wash the spinach leaves and let them dry. Chop the leaves roughly (Half a cup).
  • Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper powder, spinach, chopped onions and capsicum then whisk the mixture.
  • Put a pan on the stove and coat it with oil, pour the egg mixture on the pan and let it cook for a minute. Flip it to the other side and cook for one minute.

LUNCH

Prepare Brown Rice For Lunch and Serve it with Dal, Bottle Guard Curry and Raita

Dal with Green Leafy Vegetables:

  • Wash dal and soak it in a bowl for half an hour.
  • Take a pan and boil 4 cups water in it. Add Dal, turmeric, salt, chili powder and stir well. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. After the dal is cooked mash it and keep it aside.
  • Now take a pan and add oil. Sauté the cumin and mustard seeds. Add the chopped onions and garlic and fry for a minute.
  • Now add the chopped spinach along with red chilli powder sauté for a minute until the spinach become soft. Add the mashed dal along with the required amount of water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Finally add salt, simmer the palak for 5 minutes.

 Bottle gourd curry:

  • Put a pressure cooker over medium flame and heat oil in it. Add cumin seeds. Add chopped onion and sauté until light brown. Mix in green chillies and garlic. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and asafoetida. sauté until tomatoes become tender.
  • Add bottle gourd and 1 1/2 cup water. Pressure cooks to 5 whistles. Check whether the curry is neither too liquid nor too thick. Mix in coriander leaves, and serve it.

Raita:

  • Grate carrot, cucumber and tomato in equal quantities. Chop onions and coriander leaves finely.
  • Mix the ingredients well. Add curd and then again mix well. Add salt and black pepper powder according to the taste.

SNACKS

Bhel:

Add finely chopped onions, tomato, and grated carrot to the rice flakes. Add salt to taste. Add lemon and chat masala. Mix them well and serve it.

DINNER

Quinoa fried rice:

Heat a pan and add some oil to heat. Once heated add chopped carrots, and sauté it for two minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, beans, and capsicum, and cook it for 5 minutes. Add chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it well. Now add paneer pieces to the pan and mix it well. Cook it for 8 minutes. Then add one teaspoon of soy sauce and sauté it for a minute. Add cooked rice to the pan mix it well and then serve it. 

Vegetable salad:

Mix together finely chopped onion, cabbage, coriander leaves thickly grated carrot and cucumber. Add black pepper powder, jeera powder, lemon juice, and salt to the mixed veggies. Mix the ingredients well and serve it.
