Detox Drink

Add 1.5 spoons of  lemon juice to water soaked overnight & Drink it in the morning or Add 2 spoons of lemon juice  Boil it with water and take it first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

Bread omelette:

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 4 slices brown bread, 1 teaspoon butter, salt as required, 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion.

Take a bowl and beat eggs in it. After beating the eggs, add green chillies, onion, coriander leaves and salt to the eggs, whisk well.

Now, put a pan over medium flame and coat it with butter. Place the bread in the pan and put half of the egg mixture in the centre of the bread. Then, cover it with another bread slice. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side and then flip to cook the other side as well for 2 minutes. Repeat the step to use the leftover mixture and bread.

 

LUNCH

Palak paneer:

Ingredients: 250 gm paneer, 2 tablespoon ghee, 3 red chilli, 4 tablespoon minced onion, 2 teaspoon ginger, salt as required, 1 teaspoon kastoori methi powder, 1/4 cup fresh cream, 2 bunches spinach, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic, 4 green chilli, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 tablespoon butter, 1 dtsp chili powder

Cut the paneer into small cubes and keep it aside. To ensure that the spinach is adulterant-free, soak it in water and add a small pinch of salt. Then clean and wash spinach thoroughly. Now, put a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and add spinach in it. Cover and cook until the spinach becomes soft and mushy. No need to add any water as spinach gets cooked in its own water. Once cooked, take 100 grams of spinach and chop it well in a bowl. Afterwards, puree the remaining spinach and keep it aside. Now, put a pan over medium flame and melt ghee in it. Add cumin seeds in it along with halved whole red chilli. Then add garlic, onion, green chilli, ginger. Saute well and then add coriander powder, cumin powder, kasoori methi powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add cream and pureed spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes. add cubed paneer in it and gently mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and then add butter in it along with fresh cream, and chilli powder. Cook for another minute and garnish with fresh cream, and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

SNACKS

Banana milkshake:

Ingredients:100 ml milk, 1 teapoon sugar, 1 banana, ¼ teaspoon green cardamom

Cut the bananas into pieces, then add milk and sugar. Run the mixer for about a couple of minutes, till the milk froths. Add the cardamom powder and shake well. If you want, you may add strawberry to enhance the flavour.

 

DINNER

Amla rice:

Ingredients: 2 cups Cooked rice, 4 amla, 1 & ½ teaspoon Lemon juice, Salt, ½ tablespoon oil, ½ teaspoon Mustard, 1 teaspoon Urad dal, 2 teaspoon Chana dal, 2 tablespoon Ground nuts, 5 Green chillies, 1 Curry leaves sprig, 1 Pinch Asafoetida.

Grate amla in a fine grater. Heat a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, groundnuts, green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida. Once the dal cooked add grated amla and fry for a minute in medium flame. Add required salt, asafoetida and mix well. Switch off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well. Add cooked rice and mix well.
